Do I own my website?
Yes! You are the owner of your website.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes! We use Stripe as our payment provider, which uses industry-level data encryption.
What domain name can I choose?
You can choose any standard domain that is currently available for purchase at standard rates. Premium domains and domains up for auction are not included.
What happens if I change my mind on the Premium or Pro plans after a couple months?
These plans require a 12-month commitment but are billed monthly to your credit card. Should you change your mind or should your credit card decline, your site will no longer be hosted on our platform, and your professional email will be disconnected. Your domain will remain with us until the 12-months is up.
How do I make updates to my website?
Starter Plan : you make the websites yourself
Premium & Pro Plans: simply send us an email and we’ll make the updates for you!
How quickly will I be up and running once I give you my site information?
Starter Plan: 7 to 10 business days
Premium Plan: 6 to 9 business days | Updates: 5 business days
Pro Plan: 5 to 7 business days | Updates: 48 hours
